MB Fit Studio integrates Mind, Body and Fitness by incorporating functional training, cardio, and restorative exercises to improve the quality of life, health, and longevity of its members. It’s been proven that variety in exercise is better for the body and mind.

Our Solana Beach Studio offers a unique mix of classes including Aerial/Mat Yoga, TRX Suspension Training, HIIT, Pilates + Barre, Stretch and Group Functional Training classes.
