Whether you’re a complete beginner or you just want to mix up your routine, come experience our studio with classes for mind, body, and fitness.
You’ll find movement for every mood with classes sorted by time, style, and skill level. Wake up by moving your body, sweat it out with lunchtime HIIT, or unwind with an evening flow.
Traditional Pilates combined with the ballet inspired movements in Barre creates this well-balanced class that strengthens core muscles, corrects posture, and lengthens the body.
Flip your perspective and explore your adventurous side! Move your body into poses and feel the support of the aerial hammock. We’ll focus on integrating flexibility, alignment, strength and control. You will spend time on the floor and in the hammock increasing range of motion and having fun. Expect some heat building poses as well as plenty of therapeutic deep stretches. We’ll end this class in a floating savasana – come experience the magic! This class is suitable for beginners.
This is a class that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer and the users body weight to complete the exercises. This class is welcome to all fitness levels.
Melt away the stresses of your day and restore your muscles in our dynamic stretch class. Join us after a long day at work or after a tough workout. Props may be used: Hypervolt and Foam roller. All fitness levels welcome.
Move to the music and beat in a fun and core focused strength training class. Works all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.
This is a strength building exercise class that will help increase muscular endurance while using a variety of equipment. There will be a variety of core movements and abdominal work. This class is welcome to all fitness levels.
A basic movement class with a simple, user-friendly approach, using fun yet doable dance moves from the Atomic Groove Fly Girlz. Get a nice cardio effect, set in a fitness style. No dance experience necessary. Includes pre and post cardio conditioning and mobility segments for a complete workout. All levels.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short)- Is the fastest way to burn fat and get lean. HIIT are intense bursts of exercise, followed by active recovery periods. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn. Modifications may be given by instructor.
Slow down, relax, and treat yourself to Yin Meets Yang, a combination of Yin Yoga and Meditation. Stretch, get cozy, and prepare yourself for an hour of bliss.
An in-person self-practice suitable for all levels of practitioners who are familiar with the synchronized postures of the Ashtanga system. The instructor will provide adjustments and verbal cues.
A guided exploration of the primary series of the Ashtanga yoga tradition. This includes sun salutations, 42 postures and a closing sequence.
All-levels Vinyasa flow practice that will connect movement with breath and incorporate multiple poses to create a fluid, smooth and rhythmic sensation. The class will include breathing techniques, energy healing, and meditation to help you experience your subtle life force energy. Each week emphasizes a different chakra.

Learn a real Atomic Groove Fly Girlz dance routine taught by Atomic Girl Carrie, band leader and lead singer of local premier dance band, Atomic Groove. The same routine is taught progressively through July. All levels are welcome. Three ways to tap into your inner AG Fly Girl:
- Drop into a class whenever you feel the urge.
- Come weekly and see how far you can go with learning the full routine.
- Commit to performing. Work towards getting on stage at an upcoming Atomic Groove Happy Hour at Belly Up.
