B Fit Kidz Littles
For ages 6-10. Get your child stronger, more flexible & focused! This yoga class isn’t only fun, but it’s also interactive. Students will learn all about yoga through games & activities and will emerge feeling relaxed and calm. No experience necessary!
B Fit Kidz Tweens
For ages 10-14. Not quite ready for an adult class? Tween yoga is the perfect way to introduce yoga flows to kids. Each class is fun & interactive and will give students the confidence to get healthy & strong, deal with stress and to relax. No experience necessary!
