Claire has been practicing, studying, and teaching yoga since 1999. Initially, she was drawn to yoga for the physical benefits of strength, balance, and flexibility. Once Claire realized that serenity, peace of mind, and overall happiness were predominant results of the practice, she was hooked. Claire teaches a dynamic Vinyasa flow, combining creative sequencing with fun, upbeat music and light-hearted energy.
Claire is an E-RYT 500 instructor, a certified Pilates instructor, and a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. Mind-body fitness is her passion
In January 2010, Claire was diagnosed and treated for Stage 2 breast cancer and credits yoga for her return to radiant health. She teaches Yoga for Cancer Recovery at studios and privately.
