The MB Fit Studio Team is diligently working on creating new yoga classes that provide variety, are fun and meet all levels of fitness to get you ready for the holidays and the new year.
The Mysore Yoga program (Ashtanga style yoga) is off to a STRONG start and building lots of momentum. The class is offered every morning starting at 6:30 a.m. five days a week with additional yoga classes on the weekend. Our experienced instructors; Holly Gastil, Amy Willett and Steve Githens take all the time needed to guide you in your practice and create a fulfilling sense of community.
A great way to start your Ashtanga journey is through the Intro to Ashtanga class on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. with Holly.
Chakra Flow on Friday evenings at 5:00 p.m. has been a wonderful addition to our schedule. This is a great class to end the long week to wind down and reset. Katie Beroukhim is truly an inspiration in guiding individuals in understanding yoga, mindfulness and the Chakras in our bodies.
We continue with Yin Meets Yang with Amy on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. & Saturday at 10:15 a.m., a wonderful combination of yin yoga and meditation.
Sundays are a great day to reset and prepare your week with the Ashtanga Primary Series class at 8:00 a.m. with Holly. Or finish the day with a Gentle Yoga Flow class with Katie Harris at 5:00 p.m.
