Membership Policy

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND RECURRING DUES

Your written cancellation request must be mailed, emailed, or delivered to MB Fit Studio, 811 Academy Drive, Solana Beach, CA 92075 or emailed to membership@mbfitstudio.com. The cancellation must include your email address and phone number. Your cancellation request will be effective 30 days after it is received. Any payments due under this Agreement prior to the cancellation or termination effective date will be charged by us as scheduled. Unused monthly class sessions do not carry over to subsequent months. Any used monthly class sessions will be forfeited at the end of each monthly membership period.

PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may pause your Membership for a minimum of 30 days with a maximum of 60 days up to two times per year for maintenance fee of $15.00 per month. Your request must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to your next recurring billing due date. Retroactive pauses will not be accepted.

LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW FEE

For monthly members, if you cancel less than 8 hours before, you will be charge at $10 late cancellation fee. If you book a class and do not show up, other members are not able to take that spot. You will be charged a no show fee of $15.00.

For clients on credit packs or class packs, in case of no show or late cancellation, you will forfeit a credit or class.

LATE ARRIVAL: Please arrive on time for class. If you happen to be running late, please text our team at 1-858-215-1161 so we know to expect you. If you are late to class, your space may be given to a member on the waitlist at the start of class.

WAITLIST: The waitlist will add you up to 1 hour before the start of class. If you can no longer attend a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid cancelation fees. You are responsible for canceling your waitlisted class outside of the 8-hour late cancellation window if you can no longer attend. This will help you avoid any late cancellation or no-show charges in the event of getting added to the class, as our cancellation policy applies to waitlisted classes.
