You’ll find movement for every mood with classes sorted by time, style, and skill level. Wake up by moving your body, sweat it out with lunchtime HIIT, or unwind with an evening flow.
Full Body Fit is a combination of weights, cardio spurts, and ab/core work. These exercises together will not only burn calories and fat but it will reshape your entire body. Fun and non-stop class with upbeat music.
Traditional Pilates combined with the ballet inspired movements in Barre creates this well-balanced class that strengthens core muscles, corrects posture, and lengthens the body.
This dynamic circuit-based class offers a core-focused, complete body sculpting workout that combines TRX® Suspension Training with other functional fitness tools. Expect an invigorating total body workout, with a strong emphasis on building core strength. This class is designed to use a blend of your body weight, free weights, and the resistance of rowing machines to achieve optimal results.
This is a class that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer and the users body weight to complete the exercises. This class is welcome to all fitness levels.

Each session targets specific body areas, using specialized tools such as foam rollers and Hypervolt percussion guns. With gradual, safe stretching techniques, we focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and enhancing mobility. This is a strength building exercise class that will help increase muscular endurance while using a variety of equipment. There will be a variety of core movements and abdominal work. This class is welcome to all fitness levels.
Learn a real Atomic Groove Fly Girlz dance routine taught by Atomic Girl Carrie, band leader and lead singer of local premier dance band, Atomic Groove. The same routine is taught progressively through the month. All levels are welcome. Three ways to tap into your inner AG Fly Girl:

- Come weekly and see how far you can go with learning the full routine.
- Commit to performing. Work towards getting on stage at an upcoming Atomic Groove Happy Hour at Belly Up.

Join our gentler paced SilverSneakers class, designed for those who prefer to remain standing with the comforting support of a Barre available at the back of the studio for balance assistance. Our instructor will tailor activities to accommodate individual needs, focusing on exercises that enhance overall well-being. This class emphasizes gentle muscle conditioning and functional movements to foster strength at a comfortable pace. No sign-up in advance is required. Exclusive to SilverSneakers members.
Join Strength + Cardio class for a strength training class that improves muscular strength and endurance, while incorporating a variety of exercises using free weights, resistance bands, and body weight movements. Suitable for all levels!
The class starts with an invigorating Yang flow sequence, followed by Yin yoga’s restorative benefits with passive stretches. Our instructor will guide you through each pose and offer modifications.
This all-levels Vinyasa flow class is a dynamic, fluid practice linking breath to movement with creative sequencing of yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment. Vinyasa flow creates a ‘moving meditation’, so you’ll feel strong, flexible, clear, and relaxed, inside and out. Modifications are given for different levels.
This is a self-practice session of Mysore (Ashtanga Yoga), tailored to your individual pace and proficiency level. This unguided class offers flexibility in timing, allowing you to drop in anytime between 6:30 AM and 9 AM and stay for the duration that suits you. While it’s not a led class, our instructor will be present to provide invaluable guidance, adjustments, and verbal cues as you navigate the Ashtanga series. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started with Ashtanga, this session welcomes all levels and ensures you can deepen your practice at your own rhythm
A guided exploration of the primary series of the Ashtanga yoga tradition. This includes sun salutations, 42 postures and a closing sequence.
All-levels Vinyasa flow practice that will connect movement with breath and incorporate multiple poses to create a fluid, smooth and rhythmic sensation. The class will include breathing techniques, energy healing, and meditation to help you experience your subtle life force energy. Each week emphasizes a different chakra.
This class is designed to enhance muscle definition and strength while being mindful of joint health. With a focus on precision-driven movements and proper alignment, class is aimed at not only improving your posture and balance but also at pushing your physical limits, ensuring a rigorous yet accessible workout.
Start class with a complete core segment using just your own body weight, similar to classical Pilates, and accessible for all levels. Then move into a full body Barre-styled workout that offers a non-compression approach to strengthening and connecting, with a focus on lower body (glutes, thighs, low back, feet) with a traditional and non-traditional approach.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short)- Is the fastest way to burn fat and get lean. HIIT are intense bursts of exercise, followed by active recovery periods. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn. Modifications may be given by instructor.
